Orders process in 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–7 business days. West End Vibez LLC ships all packages in completely plain, unmarked boxes to ensure your privacy.
Do I need to sign for my package upon delivery?
Yes. To comply with carrier rules, a valid ID check and an Adult Signature (21+) are strictly required upon delivery for all glass accessories.
What should I do if my glassware item arrives damaged?
We protect all shipments. If an item arrives broken, email clear photos of the item and the exterior box to info@baadbeezvibez.com within 48 hours, and we will issue a free replacement.
What is your return and cancellation policy?
Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Unused, unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days, subject to a 15% restocking fee. Used items are strictly non-returnable.
