Thank you for choosing BAADBEEZ VIBEZ. We take pride in delivering your premium apparel and glassware accessories safely, securely, and efficiently. Because we specialize in fragile, high-value glassware, we implement strict packaging, verification, and insurance protocols to protect your shipment.
All logistics, transit enforcement, and fulfillment operations are governed under our parent corporate entity, West End Vibez LLC. By placing an order with BAADBEEZ VIBEZ, you agree to the transit times, guidelines, and terms outlined below.
1. Processing Times and Age Verification
All orders are subject to a standard warehouse processing period before shipment.
- Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed, securely packed, and transferred to the carrier within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and major holidays).
- Verification Holds: Orders flagged for manual age verification or billing discrepancies may experience processing delays. Your shipping timeline begins after your legal age (21+), and payment details have been successfully verified.
- Cut-off Times: Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST on Fridays will begin processing the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer secure, trackable shipping methods across the United States. Final shipping costs are calculated dynamically at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Standard Domestic Ground: Flat rate of $5.99, or free for all orders over $75 (typical transit time of 3–7 business days).
- Expedited Domestic: Flat rate of $14.99 (typical transit time of 2–4 business days).
- Carrier Disclaimer: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by domestic carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS) and are not strictly guaranteed by West End Vibez LLC.
3. Mandatory Adult Signature Upon Delivery
Due to strict legal requirements regarding glassware and adult accessories, we are contractually mandated by our payment processors to enforce the following delivery rules:
- Adult Signature Required: All glassware accessory shipments are dispatched via carriers utilizing Adult Signature Required (21+) services.
- ID Check: The delivery courier will verify the government-issued photo ID of the individual receiving the package. The recipient must be 21 or older.
- Failed Deliveries: If no adult is present to sign for the package after the carrier's maximum delivery attempts, the package will be returned to our fulfillment warehouse. Redelivery will incur an additional shipping fee at the customer’s expense.
4. Packaging, Tracking, and Discretion
We value your privacy and the security of your items.
- Discreet Packaging: To ensure security and deter transit theft, all orders are shipped in plain, unmarked boxes or bubble mailers. The exterior packaging makes no mention of glassware, pipes, or the brand name.
- Discreet Return Address: The shipping label will display a shortened corporate logistics name or our fulfillment partner's identity to maintain complete discretion.
- Tracking Numbers: A shipping confirmation email containing your tracking link will be automatically sent to you as soon as the carrier scans your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Shipping Restrictions and Prohibited Locations
We strictly comply with federal, state, and local laws regarding adult accessories.
- P.O. Boxes: We cannot ship glassware accessories to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO/DPO addresses) due to carrier restrictions on adult signature services. A physical residential or commercial address is strictly required.
- Restricted Jurisdictions: We do not ship glassware accessories to states, counties, or municipalities where the sale or possession of such items is restricted by law. If you place an order from a restricted region, your order will be canceled and refunded automatically.
- Domestic Only: We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
West End Vibez LLC, doing business as BAADBEEZ VIBEZ, is not liable for carrier delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or logistical disruptions.
- Stolen Packages: If your tracking number states "Delivered" but you have not received your package, you must contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Once a carrier confirms delivery with a valid adult signature, our corporate liability ends.
- Lost in Transit: If your package stops moving and is declared lost by the carrier before delivery, contact us at info@baadbeezvibez.com. We will initiate a formal investigation and work to provide a replacement or store credit.
