Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with BAADBEEZ VIBEZ. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. To ensure transparency, compliance, and protection against fraudulent claims, the following terms apply to all returns, refunds, and cancellations. All transactions and policy enforcement are managed under our parent entity, West End Vibez LLC.
1. Return Window and Eligibility
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must meet the following strict criteria:
- Condition: Items must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original, unaltered condition.
- Packaging: Products must be returned in all original packaging, including intact tags, seals, box liners, and protective wraps.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and order confirmation email are strictly required.
- Mandatory Pre-Approval: Any item sent back without a pre-approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be rejected and returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.
2. Strict Hygiene and High-Risk Restrictions
Due to strict health, safety, and sanitary regulations, we cannot accept returns on items that have come into contact with bodily fluids, moisture, or tobacco materials. The following items are Final Sale and are strictly ineligible for return, refund, or exchange:
- Used or Opened Items: Any glassware, accessories, or apparel items that have been unsealed, handled, or used.
- Clearance Items: All promotional, discounted, or sale merchandise.
- Gift Cards: All digital gift card purchases.
- Custom Products: Any personalized or custom-tailored apparel or accessories.
3. Return Shipping and Restocking Fees
- Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item received was verified as damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Tracking Required: We strictly require the use of a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. West End Vibez LLC, doing business as BAADBEEZ VIBEZ, is not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing return shipments.
- Restocking Fee: To cover inspection and repackaging costs, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund amount for all standard returns.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging our glassware accessories and apparel, but transit accidents happen. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery.
- Reporting Email: Send a detailed message to info@baadbeezvibez.com immediately.
- Required Order Info: Include your full name, order number, and a thorough description of the physical issue.
- Required Media: Attach clear, high-resolution photos of the damaged product and the exterior shipping box packaging.
- Resolution: Once verified, a 100% full refund or a free replacement shipment will be issued at zero cost to the customer. Damage reports submitted after 48 hours of delivery will not be honored.
5. Order Cancellations
Because we utilize an automated fulfillment system to ensure fast delivery times, the cancellation window is very short.
- Cancellation Window: Orders may only be canceled within 2 hours of the initial purchase timestamp.
- Submission Channel: Email info@baadbeezvibez.com immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Cancel Order [Your Order Number]".
- Processing Rules: Once an order has entered processing or shipping after the 2-hour window, it cannot be canceled, and the customer must follow the standard return process upon delivery.
6. Exchanges
- No Direct Exchanges: We do not offer direct product exchanges.
- Reordering Process: If you require a different size, color, or style, please follow the standard return process for your original item.
- New Orders: Once your return is processed, you may place a new order for the preferred item at your convenience.
7. Refund Processing Timelines
Once your return is received at our facility, it will undergo a mandatory quality compliance inspection. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days of receipt.
- Approved Refunds: The refund (minus original shipping costs and the 15% restocking fee) will be credited automatically back to your original payment method.
- Bank Timelines: Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution or credit card processor to post the funds to your account.
- Original Shipping: Original shipping charges are completely non-refundable.
